A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred for up to three reschedules until the shoot is completed.

• Some locations may require light walking or outdoor access; it’s recommended to bring comfortable shoes and change into photo attire on set to keep clothing clean.
• Final locations and setups are selected by the photographer based on lighting, composition, and creative vision.
• Wavelight Photography maintains full creative direction during sessions to ensure the best possible results.
• Certain locations may require a photography permit or site fee — clients are responsible for any such fees.
• All location clearances must be arranged and approved in advance for the photographer.
